At PetJoyHub, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
